rotator
For many years, attocube has been pioneering
cryogenic confocal microscopy. The attoCFM I+
opens the door to a whole new range of application fields through its ease-of-use and modular
design. Whether you are working at the forefront
of science in the fields of photoluminescence /
fluorescence of e.g. semiconducting nanostructures (quantum dots, nano wires, photonics crystals, NV color centers,…), or Raman spectroscopy
(e.g. on graphene, carbon nanotubes, high-T
superconductors), the attoCFM I+ is the tool of
choice to accelerate your research and to achieve
what matters most: creating scientific impact!
Magnetic Field (T)
The atto3DR double rotation module provides
access to the full magnetic field (e.g. 9 T) in
all directions relative to the sample surface,
making expensive 2D and 3D vector magnets
obsolete. Powered by attocube’s patented
nanopositioner technology with integrated resistive encoder, automated magnetoresistance
measurements over a wide range of temperatures, fields, and arbitrary orientations in 3
dimensions are conveniently possible.
