Microscopy
The ever increasing spatial resolution demands for always more precise positioning solutions. While simple optical microscopes are well equipped with manual micrometer screws, automated systems as well as scanning probe microscopes such as SEM, TEM or AFM require the best linear nanopositioners available to max out their capabilities. attocube‘ s linear stages are the perfect choice for these applications.
Scanning Probe Imaging
Local measurements adding additional information to the bulk properties require sample and / or probe adjustment down to the atomic scale. Piezo-driven slip-stick positioners may be combined with our smooth-motion scanners to achieve large ranges with highest resolution and stability.
Nanomanipulation
Production methods have to keep up with the miniaturization. That‘ s where nanomanipulators come into play. As different applications require different setups, flexibility is key. All our positioners are easy to combine and offer an almost infinite number of different positioning setups.
