All of our xs-microscopes for 1“ bore size cryostats have been derived from their slightly larger 2“ counterparts. It goes without saying that the xs-family delivers uncompromised features and performance despite the challenging compactness. Still, there are some differences in specifications such as total travel range of positioners and scanners, as well as flexibility concerning upgrades and options, which are outlined in the overview table below.
