Pumping kit for attoDRY1000/2100
This pumping kit comprises all necessary vacuum parts to operate the
attoDRY1000/2100, and directly connects to the vacuum port of the
cryostat.
Included components and key features: turbomolecular pump incl. dry
diaphragm backing pump (pumping speed for N2 35-67 l/s, ultimate
pressure 10 -7 mbar), full range pressure gauge, valve, overpressure
valve, 1 m long stainless steel hose, needle valve and rubber bladder for
dosing the exchange gas and all necessary KF fittings.

This pumping kit comprises all necessary parts to operate any attoLIQUID1000 at temperatures below 4.2 K by reducing the vapor pressure
above the helium bath.
Included components and key features: rotary vane pump (Pumping
speed 54 m3/h, ultimate pressure 0.5 mbar), valve, overpressure valve,
2x 5 m PVC hose and all necessary KF fittings.
